Frame size

That was my point when I mentioned checking the frame size. If there's a mismatch on the frame size between different servers, small mails would typically come through without problems, but larger mail would get stuck on the differing frame sizes. You saying that this only affects a couple of mail servers is just another good reason to actually look at this.
